I found this really cool website that is seriously ALL quotes from the four different books. They have the quotes separated by books, and within that, separated by chapter, so you can find literally any quote you are looking for. This is one of my personal favorites:

This quote is from Breaking Dawn, and it is when Bella first see's herself in a mirror after she becomes a vampire. I like it so much because throughout the entire series, Bella always thought she was just average, and she never saw the beauty that Edward saw in her. However, when she first sees herself, she finally see's the beauty that has been there all along. And in that beauty, she finds a little flaw that will always remind her of the old Bella.
